Call 513.333.7739 to RSVP   In collaboration with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, join us for a sneak peak of Safe House. This brief excerpt of the play will be followed by a panel discussion with the playwright, director and local leaders from the business community.  This discussion will not only address the socio-economic themes within the play, but the contemporary challenges facing African American businesses and entrepreneurs today.

This historical play is brought to life by members of the Freedom Center's Youth Docent program and tells the remarkable story of Freedom Summer -- highlighting those individuals who risked their lives to register people to vote in Mississippi during the summer of 1964. The play was created in partnership with Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
