Highlights Tour

Location: Tour starts in the lobby of the Center

This tour will lead visitors throughout the main gallery halls of the museum. The tour guide will highlight significant artifacts, stories, locations and answer questions on this one hour experience.

             

Story Time: Stories by the Mound

Location: Diversity in Baseball exhibit (3rd Floor)

Bring your kids to story time! A Freedom Center staff member or volunteer will read a story that highlights minority baseball players and their impact on the game of baseball and American culture.

Book: Baseball Saved Us Written by Ken Mochizuki and Illustrated by Dom Lee (book read by Freedom Center Staff/ Volunteer)

JOURNEY TO FREEDOM TOUR - GRADES: K-2

How do you fit into the story? This experience will take students on an interactive journey through the stories of freedom’s heroes and show how they can make a difference. Students will learn the values of courage, cooperation and perseverance.
