Richard Bernstein is the nation’s youngest state Supreme Court justice and the first ever state justice who is blind.

Insights in Inclusion is a periodic series of “deep dives” on topics that support the implementation of Diverse by Design™, our region’s groundbreaking initiative to attract, develop and retain diverse, high potential talent and move our region to full inclusion.

Each Insights program includes commentary from experts on the topic of the day; local perspectives on the issue or challenge; and dialogue and problem-solving among the participants.

Insights in Inclusion is produced through a partnership between the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
