Community Partners

Freedom Allies

Since its founding in 2005 as Contemporary Freedom Stations, the newly renamed Freedom Allies is an association of local nonprofit organizations engaged in the local struggles against the six unfreedoms of racism, illiteracy, genocide, hunger, tyranny and slavery. With a focus on the "volunteers" within these partner organizations, Freedom Allies has history of providing programmatic collaboration and recognition of community service.

Inspire, Engage and Empower is the motto for the Freedom Allies. Every month, whether it is recruiting mentors, planting trees along the river beds or fighting for racial justice Freedom Allies are standing up for freedom.
