The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center's team of highly trained volunteers is now available for keynote speeches.

Each speech is between 20 and 35 minutes in length and is presented by one of the seasoned professionals working at the Freedom Center. Our speakers have deep knowledge about the Underground Railroad and a unique ability to leverage that knowledge to motivate and inspire groups of all sizes. Each keynote speech features stories of tragedy and heroism from the 100s of stories highlighted at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, the national interpretative center on the Underground Railroad.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a nominal fee for all speaking engagements, except as otherwise listed.

Keynote Speaker Fee

Cincinnati is "Free" Except Feb. $50.00
Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana $250.00
All Other States $1,000.00

NOTE: Checks should be made payable to "The Freedom Center"

Availability verification will be confirmed after three business days.
Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit is due immediately.
Final 50% should be paid on the day of the address.
Travel Expenses are reimbursed 14 days following key note address.
All marketing of the speech must be approved by the Freedom Center.

Cancellation Policy:

Prior to 60 Days Full Refund of deposit
59-30 Days 50% of deposit
30 Days Full Speaker fee + any travel change penalties
