Faith to Freedom Daily: Wildcat Manor, Lebanon, Delaware

Owned by the Hunn family, Wild Cat Manor and Great Geneva, a short distance away, were places of refuge for fugitive slaves. A Quaker, Jonathan Hunn worked closely with Thomas Garrett and Daniel Corbet in the 1840s and 1850s. This station was among those used by Harriett Tubman as she conducted runaways form Maryland to free territory.
