Details for the International Freedom Conductor Award Luncheon are being finalized!

Lobsang Nyandak, the Tibetan representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama visited the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center on Tuesday, August 17th to make final preparations for the Dalai Lama’s upcoming visit to the Cincinnati to receive the prestigious International Freedom Conductor Award for his tireless efforts to achieve freedom for Tibet. His representative Lobsang Nyandak met with key Freedom Center staff and Board member Francie Hiltz and her husband Tom at the Freedom Center to finalize details for the gala luncheon and award ceremony on October 20, 2010. His representative Lobsang was most impressed with the Freedom Center and he confirmed His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s excitement about coming to Cincinnati to receive the International Freedom Conductor Award.
